Like every boys lacrosse team across the country, the Pingree School in South Hamilton, Mass., has had to deal with the ramifications of a lost year.
This spring, the program has had to make several adjustments to its schedule due to COVID protocols -- including missing out on playing Lakes Region rival Brewster Academy -- but with contests against Phillips Exeter and Buckingham Browne and Nichols in the next month, the deck is still stacked.
That’s just how the Highlanders like it.
The team’s ethos is straightforward: Play with consistency. It sounds simple because it is. It also happens to be quite effective.
