Team USA rips Japan

The United States men’s lacrosse team finished pool play at the Federation of International Lacrosse World Championships in Manchester, England, with a 19-5 win over Japan on Tuesday.
Kevin Cassese and Mike Leveille scored three goals apiece to pace Team USA.
The U.S. will receive a bye into the medal round, where it will play in the semifinals on Thursday.
Leveille also had a pair of assists for the U.S. Kyle Dixon and Drew Westervelt had two goals apiece for Team USA.
