Rabil paces Team USA in victory

Boston Cannons midfielder Paul Rabil scored three goals and added two assists to lead the U.S. men's national team to a 17-5 victory over host England in the 2010 Federation of International Lacrosse Championships at the University of Manchester on Monday.
Rabil’s goals all came in the first quarter as Team USA bounced back from a 1-0 deficit to take a 5-1 lead.
The U.S. men were up 8-2 at the half and cruised to the victory to improve to 3-1 in pool play.
Rabil added a pair of assists for Team USA for a game-high five points.
Other Boston Cannons on Team USA include Ryan Boyle (goal, two assists), Kyle Sweeney (goal) and Ryan McClay.
The U.S. (3-1) is scheduled to finish pool play on Tuesday against Japan.
