UMass men ranked No. 9

Four New England teams are ranked in the latest United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division 1 poll.
UMass (8-4), fresh off a win against Georgetown in the inaugural ESPNU Warrior Classic, is No. 9 and is followed by Yale (9-3) at No. 17, Brown (7-5) at No. 18) and Harvard (6-5) at No. 20.
In the Nike//Inside Lacrosse Division 1 poll, UMass is No. 10, Brown is No. 17, Yale is No. 19 and Harvard is No. 20.
In Division 2, Merrimack (10-2) is No. 6, followed closely by fellow Northeast-10 foe Bentley (7-3) at No. 7.
In Division 3, Tufts (12-1) is No. 7, Connecticut College (13-1) dropped to No. 8 and Middlebury (8-4) is No. 15.
