Blazers fall to Rock in overtime

by PR Wire Report/

In their home opener last weekend, the Blazers didn't put up much of a fight and were routed, 17-7, by the Toronto Rock.

Friday night in Toronto, the Blazers played with fire, in more ways than one. Their compete level was raised a few notches, but reigning league MVP Dan Dawson was thrown out of the game for his role in a first-quarter brawl, after which each team had four players ejected. The Blazers managed to take the Rock to overtime, but lost, 8-7.
